SiR Cricket

Help. I know this is my first post, but it may be the most important post of my life.

My SiR was stolen from beside my house at Dupont/Symmington Monday night/ Tuesday Morning (Oct. 22), and although I know whoever stole it is in no hurry to help me, it is important that I explain my situation.

The car was bought as a gift from my deceased Father and means an incredible deal to me. That aside, because of a couple of stupid tickets and lack of funds, for the last 2 WEEKS I have been uninsured. That means not covered AT ALL.

The worst bit is that there were some very important things in it like my father's most prized camera and some really special film I was about to develop. My only winter jacket, and some other special things. I don't want any names or even to charge anyone. **** if they came to my door and handed me the keys my banged up baby I would probably hug them just for bringing back my Dad's jacket and film.

You have no idea how broken I am over this. I will look for my pictures, but for now, it is a Black 2000 SiR with a mid-sized spoiler (5 or so inches high) and everything factory from there. Except for the denim seat cover I use for my dog. The plate is AHXB 765 or perhaps LARA J - had xtra plates in trunk.

Please Help Me.

I'm sure everybody in TCC will keep an eye out for your civic. However... in the meantime, did you try contacting police for them to keep an eye out for it?

Usually cars that get stolen get stolen for the parts, so if you contact police, you may get the car back in due time.

Cops were called right away but they're not looking for it. It's on cpic but that's all they can do and they screwed me by not following through with my cell - it's on board, and Bell Mob. says that every 15 mins you can pinpoint the general location of the phone on or off... but the donut junkies aren't doing anything about it.

I used to work for them, so the slag is fair.

hey i feel for you,really i do, but you know what it's an SIR they are going to strip it till there is nothing left but the frame, i Don't mean to put you down or anything but that's what they normaly do, as for all the stuff, i highly dout that your going to get anything back. they never got my car back so insurance payed me to buy another car but you know what? you don't have insurance so how are you going to get it back?
