Modding is a money pit, but it's alot of fun and makes your car unique.

It's a love/hate relationship.

Sometimes I'll be like "Why did I just spend $2000 on that body kit...." and other times I'll be like "Wow, my car looks damn good with that body kit. Best $2000 I spent."

"s2000" or maybe "supra" or perhaps "sti" or "m3" wouldnt that sound better? I would rather get a s2000 than a modified civic. I dunno just my 0.02'

yah I hate that. Its not like your gonna carry a a picture around with all your mods listed on it lol, and say I drive a custom "car" lol

theres no bragging rights in owning a civic, no matter how much its done up...but when you roll up in it, pop the hood ect, then you got your bragging rights.

Another thing i like about my civic is its a conversation piece, especially with other enthusiests.... Its amazing the number of old people, guys, girls, that are totaly intrigued and interested. Almost every day I have somone come into my office saying is that your car? what is it? can i look at it ..ect ect... You would be surprised at how many of them are over 60 years old!

The last thing id like to mention, is my civic is done for me, I dont really care for bragging rights as much as the satisfaction of seeing my work... especially feeling it on a nice tight twisty road, then im i dont care if its just a civic, im haveing a blast at that point, and nothing else in the world matters, and every penny and effort spent has becomes the best thing i ever did.

But you gotta draw the line somewhere, prioraties in life are important to becomeing sucsessfull, after all where do you go when your car needs repairs, or a place to park in the winter... a garage attached to a house
