Around 0.65/L is where it should be at. Back in the day, what ever the price of a barrel is at, the price per liter is not far off. Example, if the price of a barrel is $65/barrel, price at the pump should be 65 cent/L. That's the way it was back in the day.

Back in the day was actually a couple of months ago... Believe it or not, we were actually paying less than the above "formula". When oil was about $145 a barrel, we were paying about $1.35 a litre. The oil companies may be making more profit now than at that time. Of course, there are many, many factors that affect oil prices i.e. the Canadian dollar....
