Anybody else heard about this?

I read most of it and from the sounds of it, the track has been in hot-water since day one, but nothing was truly done about it until now.

Improper zoning, improper licensing, failure to comform to local by-laws.... sounds like they dug them selves into a hole they can't get out of. The person/people behind the development of the track should have done all their proper paperwork before even thinking about laying the black top and maybe things would have worked out better.

The main issue with the locals seems to be noise. But this really ticks me off because it's right beside AN AIRPORT!!! lol
