Cheapest place for 5w-30 Mobil 1 Synthetic oil

Sup

Wondering where everyone purchases their mobil 1 synthetic oil from? I was buying it from Real Canadian Superstore for $6.97 per 1L bottle or it was approx. $29.XX for a 4.4L + bonus 1L but yesterday I went and it was jacked up to $8.02 per bottle and they didn't have the large bottle. CT sells 4.4L bottle for $35.99 which is too pricey. Costco only carries Castrol Syntec. Wal-Mart is a bit cheaper than CT. PartSource is the same as CT. Oil change coming up and trying to find the best place.

Thanks,
D

Ya, I agree with you. I'm going to have to now. I didn't think Superstore would jack it up since it was a regular price item, not a sale item.

Go to Wal-Mart and get the $7 diesel oil, and on a seperate reciept buy the mobil 1. Then pour the diesel in the Mobil 1 container and return it back to Wal-Mart.

Brilliant idea but I don't think they would take back oil thats been open unless they don't check. LOL

Also that you mention that, I better make sure the jugs I picked up haven't been opened before else I'll be pissed.

Just check if the container has the seal. And 90% of the time they dont check. They only checked 2 times for me and they offered an exchange, LMAO
