Nice run, I'd have no complaints for a car that is completely stock. Your Maxima also has many other benefits than being fast, like smooth, quiet, and a great interior. All told, the Maxima = a great driving experience.

Well I'm glad Andy loves his car and all but folks, the Maxima is a V6, not a lil 4 banger........
Of COURSE his times are gonna be better..
Plus once Andy gets the hang of launching that bad boy he'll be low 14's easily!
For 2002, we bored the engine, dropped in fatter pistons, built on the award-winning VQ technologies (adding a few new ones) and came up with 33 extra horses for a grand total of 255. That's more than the 210-hp Toyota Avalon and the 215-hp Lexus IS 300 (2001 competitive models).
Still nothin like Honda for gettin the ponies out of the lil 4 bangers.
Regards,
OK

Reaction time doesn't have anything to do with the 60ft ... the time starts when you start moving ... I can hit consisten 0.525 range on reaction, but this time no one was beside me.
The best I have heard anyone run in a stock Maxima is 14.35 ... I don't think I'll beat it ... maybe by some fluke
Anyways, thanks for the replies, keep 'em on the roads.

Yeah - I was just gonna say that. He can have a reaction time of 18 seconds and his ET is still going to be 14.517 @ 97.81.
Andy - I think with even a slightly better launch you can beat that time you just quoted. Good times anywho.
