Depends how big the rims are and the type/size of tires.

You'll be fine.

When you get up to 16"+ rims with low profile tires, then you'll get a rougher ride.

+1 , I ve recently put on my 16 summer tires with low profile tires and I can feel the difference. It may look nice but the ride is def rough and the tires are loud. Big different from my 14 stock rims.

my stock tire size is a 45 :S
Be sure to match the tire you buy with the oem. Ie: if you had 14" and a 60, I think a 15" should be a 50. Google that yourself to make sure. It's not so much a comfort thing, as it is for your speedo.

^^That's a good link.

You can also try this one:
Tire size calculator

It shows the stock and new tires size, side by side, so you can see the difference.

damn scrid3r i was going to post that link but you beat me to it! anyways your ride shouldnt be very different, especially with a sidewall thats probably around 60 or so. for future advise, dont go over 205 for the width of tire/rim on a civic, it will most likely rub. and i wouldnt go anything bigger than 16s personally on a civic because the ride quality is absolutely terrible (from personal experience) and they look too big IMO.
