Unless your massively Turbo'd... Tires that wide would do nothing but waste your fuel. I use to think 205's were a good size, but in fact, with such a little radius tire, you can't heat it up enough to make the tire be any good. 195 is the biggest I would recommend on a civic.
You would also need to roll your wheel wells, more likely than not, to fit 225.

i have 205/50/15 and the tire is pretty wide already
your camber doesn't really need to be adjusted unless your lowered, but adjustments should be made according to how low you are
offset depends on the wheel, i have 15x7 and +38 offset, its pretty flush with the side of the car, if you have 15x6.5 you probably want sth ~ +45 to be flush, depends on your preference
225 are too wide for my taste
