yeah i'm goign to call him tomorrow ask for some pointers if anything and request his assistance if he's willing to help me or not if i really have to ask for his assistance. yeah i'm definitely not going to stop hounding them, this is my baby, and thats a huge damage, my stomach turns everytime i see it.

^ bump. i would ask to speak to all the guys that touched the car and what bay it was serviced in.

that looks like a grey scratch....maybe it lines up with something, like the hoist? another car? a tool box?

if they became stupid, i would call the cops right then and there.

you guys are all right, but in the heat of the moment, things that you want to do and things you don't want to do don't seem to add up, and you end up doing different things or saying different things, there are soo much things that i wanted/could've said, but it didn't come out right.

but yeah i demanded to see the tapes, and they had to call the guy from oakville to come see the tapes, why i have no idea, but anyhow, he's on holiday due to it being a jewesh holiday tomorrow. so i'm going to go review the tapes on wednesday but this time with somebody.

one thing that i might wonder is that what can an officer do at this point? i don't think he'll do anything, cuz its pointing fingers, unless the video has enough proof but it doesn't, since its a crappy camera.

he might ask to speak to the people that worked on your car. cops can make people melt sometimes.

also, cops in the dealership is bad for business. they may be inclined to fess up if you say you are going to call.

That sucks big time. I hope the ****er that did that to your car at the dealership pays big time.

Talk to CP24, go public. Bad rep for the dealer = bad rep for the company. If you go to acura's head office, and bitch there you may get your answers faster. The cops should have been informed the day it happened, now imo its too late.

yeah fair enough, never thought of it at the time, but yeah i'm definitely speaking with customer relations right now, but no turn around unfortunitely yet, but i'm going to call back tomorrow and see what happens.

Just keep being persistant. Dont give up on this issue, go to the dealer tomorrow even though its a holiday and demand to get this sorted out.

UPDATE FROM CUSTOMER RELATIONS: They are taking the word of the Service Advisor and the owner of the dealership and they said that they can't do nothing for at this point, they cannot force the owner to fix the damages.
