Need help adjusting my coilovers!

So this is a serious noob question but I'm having a hard time figuring this out.
How do I adjust these once they are in my car? Which rings do I turn to adjust ride height?

In that pic, you would start by turning the ring that is touching the spring (big ring)....so for example if you turn to the right (ie. counterclockwise) you will compress the spring which will raise your ride height. Once you get the big ring to the position you want, then you turn the small ring below to the right(counterclockwise) also, until it reaches the big ring.

Once you reach the big ring and they are both touching....then you get both wrenches and put one on the big ring so you can turn it to the left (clockwise) and one on the small ring so you are turning it to the right(counterclockwise) . The grab both wrenches and tighten the rings against each other, so they are nice and snug.

That’s it.

yeah what he said. The big one is to adjust the height, the small one is to lock it in place.

I'm pretty sure i'm not supposed to be messing with the spring rates.
The bottom tube part moves up and down but how does it move once its installed.
These are Function Form coils btw

once they are installed, the top and middle rings can still turn freely, so you can unlock, adjust, and lock the perches. the bottom thingy sets the overall height, the top and middle will determine spring preload. why don't you go to their website and download the manual so that you make sure you install and set them correctly?

ZOMG look t3h internet!

Q: How do I properly lower my car?
A: You should adjust the suspension height with the lower mount, opposed to using the spring perch. The reason for this is to lower the position of the shock in the mount . This means the that your changing how low or high the shock assembly sits in the mount, opposed to changing the springs location on the shock thread which could shorten the amount of usable stroke the shock has. This allows you to keep a very good ride quality since your shock still has its designed range of stroke throughout a broad range of height levels. This will also keep your warranty valid, and a longer life for your suspension system.

Q: Do I have to take the suspension out my car to adjust the height using the Lower Mount.
A: No you don’t. Here’s the trick!! There are 2 perches under the spring. One is for the spring to sit on, and the 2nd one is to lock the spring perch. First you want to lock the spring perch tight to the shock body! Next there should be one last perch that locks the lower mount into place. You want that to be loose. Now what this does is makes the spring and shock move together freely, inside the lower mount. Next your going to take your adjustment wrench and using the spring perch, rotate the shock either clockwise, or counter clockwise. The entire shock assembly and spring will rotate inside the lower mount moving it up or down. Clockwise to lower, Counter clockwise to raise the car. When you have your desired height, make sure to lock the lower collar to the lower mount. Make sure everything is nice and tight, and put your wheels back on and check your height.
