....most of the time you get a wrench with them....... all you do is use that wrench to turn a threaded seat and thats it.... all you gotta do is take off the wheels (you may not even have to do that)

to properly do it...
you set the preload and you have to losten the lower jamnut and then move the bottom perch UP so that means in the rear undoing the LCA from the shock and in the front taking it outta the thing that the shock bolts to the lower control arm with
