Side view mirror cost

Hello All,

I have a Honda Civic 2002 LX. Recently the side view mirror on the passenger side got knocked out and completely damaged. I am looking to replace it. I got a quote from one of the dealer .. it is about $400!! Any idea whether that's how much it supposed to cost? Any other alternative solution (such as non-OEM)?

if i were you i'd look around for someone who is parting out their car, possibly from a wreck. then offer about 100 or so and ta da... mirror ready to go

check kijiji ...or here....just remember patience will save u cash.
