Trial Option FOr Speeding

I have a speeding ticket that I would like to take to trial just to seeif I can get it lowered. My question is, do I have to attend the court listed on the Ticket? In my case the court is listed as 137 Edward Street Downtown. But the ticket was issued in Markham. Is it possible to go to the Richmond Hill Court office or Aurora?

dont think so, depends on what "juristiction" the ticket was issued in. Could've been in Markham but juristiction was where the court is.

Then again, what do I know.
