last year Aug. i got a ticket for my head ligths.....so i set a court date....4 months go by and i still got nothing in the mail...so i go to the place where i set the court date and they said it has not been mailed out....now i do this about 4 more times and the samething...now in may i have to pay some fines before i can get my stickers and i ask the lady if she can look it up to see if she can tell me anything cause im getting sick of going downtown (since im in milton). she said ya theres a date for july the 8th at the place where i set my court date (edward street) so i say fine. so i still got nothing in the mail from these people. my time july 8th 3pm....im at edward street and they say they dont do trials...makes me stand in line cause i dont know where to go or what to do...now its like 3:30pm i get to the teller, he told me i have to go to old city hall...i was like what the f*ck i was told to come here....he said well this happens all the time...so i ask him can i get an extention, cause now im late, and at the wrong place!!! he said no court has already started....so now i run back to my car rush to old city hall...get to the court room, open the door.....theres no one there but the judge, and two other ladies on the bench....im like i dont think im at the right place....the judge calls me in and asked my name...finally im at the right place...he already got to me and made remarks about my case....but since there was some mess up in all the paper work, and that i did show up after being 45 min late and no cop showed up even when my name was called the first time, he dropped the ticket... because of this big screw up i almost missed my court date, and would of had to pay the fine plus court fee's because some moron that works for the city cant get me all the right info and address

well at least you didn't have to pay for the ticket ... go to that place where you set the court dates... and ask to speak to someone in charge and bitch about that lady
