Whats up guys. I got a speeding ticked about a yr ago and my case is comming up in a few weeks. Now I got a speeding ticket (10 over) so thats 70 in a 60 zone. Going down a hill in neutral. Such bullshit. And as well as expired insurance card. You know the ones you get each month or so. I had insurance and all but my slip came in the next day. So that ticket I'll be ok with cause I'll just show them the new card. But the speeding ticket is on my mind. I don't want a record at all. I don't want X-COPPERS cause they charge like $300 and up. Does anyone know someone that is able to get this of for much less. Please let me know ASAP

Most cops won't even write the ticket...

The stupid one that does prolly won't show...

Do it yourself, spend the $300 on performance parts..

where the hell do you live? i can't believe the cop would even bother giving you a ticket. Fight yourself forsure.. Your probably just caught the cop on a real bad day and he will realize how dumb it was to give you that ticket and he won't show

Was it really 75 in a 60? He probbebly lowered in down to 10 over.
A long time ago, I had gone to court with a friend that had gotton a careless driving ticket....the guy before us had gotton a 10 over ticket....during his argument, it was found out that the ticket had been originaly 15 over, but the cop had lowered it so the poor kid would not have gotton any points taken off....well the kid had a big mouth.....said the cop was seeing things......and that he had given a ticket to the wrong car......(two way road....the old k and ka band radars didn't tell the cop which way the car is going.....ie....comming or going.....it's up to the cop to decide), well the judge thought the kid had a bad attitude, asked the cop what the original speed was, then told the kid....."75 in a 60, + 2 points and a $75 (lowered the fine).....do you want some time to pay for this?"
I was shocked!
That kid got because he had a big mouth.
I would talk to a lawyer....it's worth every penny in the long run if they can get the thing droped.....
By the way.....If it's over a year old, the lawyer might get it dismissed on the Askov ruling....

I can always tell you about the kid that went to court for doing 180 in a 100 zone(this kid looked like he would have been one of Hitlers youths).....when the judge asked him what his plea was, he said guilty. Even the cop was shocked when he heard his plea. The judge looked at the cop and asked if he wanted to talk to the kid. Cop just noded his head up and down. The cop and the kid left the room. About 15 minutes later, they came back.
What I heard next made me mad.:fustrated
The cop had asked the court to ammend the ticket to 120 in a 100 zone!!! Said somthing about his parents resently breaking up and distress stuff....they were talking pretty quietly so it was hard to hear what they said. All I know is that kid got of with 20 over, 2 points and a $100 fine!
This was back around '95 and it was at the Eglinton and Warden courts.
This is why I tell everyone to fight their tickets. You never know when you'll run into an understanding/nice cop.
