"Motion for Discovery..."

That's an american term, asking the court to release the officer's notes. Is it called the same thing here in Canada? I'm unable to find anything formal stating that it is.

I believe it is called a Disclosure in Canada. A "Disclosure" is all the evidence in the possession of the Police that the Crown may use at your trial.

I got a 117 in an 80 last april while headed to the library on campus to study.... i should have stayed home that night.
