hye guys i jus recently got a seat belt ticket but there are so many mistakes on it the street i was on the street i live on even my name would that still stand in court?

They wrote down the wrong Make of my vehicle and it wasn't thrown out.

spelling mistakes dont hold up in court.
and wrong street adress are at the discretion of the court if they want to throw it out or not.

However does he have your correct DL # written on the ticket?

$18.00 if it's a simple no pts ticket I would try and go pay it instead of fighting it.

thats some class a stupid advice to give.
if you pay the ticket even if its 1 dollar you admit to being guilty which will go against you on your drivers abstract (record).

only officers signature and hta violation code being wrong can be thrown out anything other then that can be changed even if the location you where at was wrong. BUT thats where skillful talk and experience comes into play in terms of getting the ticket thrown out and simply put you wont know how to.
