lawyer question. HELP!!
I have to fight a careless driving ticket and the court date is coming up soon. Shuold I go with a ticket fighter that you get your money back if you loose? or should I go with a little guy that doesn't guarentee anything?
Also what would you guys reccommend? XCopper? Hwy Law?

Xcopper is VERY expensive. I've used a traffic defence place downtown and they have got me off succesfully each time. It's better to talk to the lawyer/paralegal to see if he can do something for you. There has been a lot of changes in the system because a lot of people have been getting off so it all depends on the lawyers contacts and how good he is.

You get what you pay for man...
Its better to shell out some duckets now for XCopper instead of waiting each month as your premium skyrockets.
Besides, Jugglez is right.. XCopper is the place to go.. I've had buddies who have gone to them and not one has lost a case or at least had the fine reduced to the point where there was no points involved.
Regards,
