Insurance rant

There's a long delay with my insurance company in getting a quote for a certain vehicle. Advice from another member here I made a call to w.b white insurance to get a quote. I couldn't believe the response I got when I said what car I wanted to get coverage on.

"All the kids are buying those japanese cars and it's not worth the hassle or I can even be bothered to get a quote for you."

Anyways I'm going to make another call on Monday and hopefully talk to someone else. Maybe by then my insurance company will have some good news for me.

crazy ****!

Just like SWAP? :P

That response is like going to McDicks to place an order and the person behind the counter said "no sorry not worth the hassle"

Well i've had almost the exact response from many smaller brokers aswell. Its best to stick with the larger companies like Belair etc, lowest rates and really understanding when you asking questions. I left a broker just a few days ago because i found a cheaper rate and the fact that i always had to wait for someone to call me back in a few days just pissed me off.

i've been with atto as a broker for like 5 years atleast and insured with pembridge...now mind you they arent the cheapest but 100/mth is good enough for now and I dont need the hassle of finding a new place....plus I've had like 2 not at-fault accidents with them, like 8 cars and they've always been pretty good with me

It's what I want to get insured is the problem. Most insurance companies don't want to touch it.
