what time did this charge take place?

was it a speed trap, or did you pass a cruiser at that speed?

is this your first speeding ticket?

my ticket almost similar to that never did show up in the system, but i can give u a general idea if you can answer those questions.....

drive safe

i was got caught at 404. 10:00am, sunday.
i was entired at 16th Ave, and exit at hyw 7, doing 180 between these exits...actually when i was exiting at hyw 7, my speed is reduced..when i look at the rear mirror by that time, i saw a cop car was right behind me, and flashing the damn light...i noticed i'm getting caught...
i really don't know where he's coming from, or i did passed him?? no clue...when i saw him at my rear mirrior..my speed is already reduced...
and he got out of his cop car, and told me i was doing 180, and gave me the damn ticket..
byw, this is not my first ticket..

damn
you must fight that
-> that's a lot of points man
-> your insurance could sky rocket if you get convicted
they might get points reduced, but they might still fine you.
He just gave you the ticket and walked away?
i thought they were suppose to write up a summons or something, for having speeds exceeding 50 Km/h

Why the hell were you going that fast for such a short distance (between 16th and hwy. 7)? Anyways, good luck, you'll need it.

I had a 151 in a 100 zone. Got a summons. Went to court. Begged the prosecutor to reduce it. It got reduced to 149, which is 4 points. 150 and above is 6 points. So, I only got 2 points reduced, and the fine was reduced as well.

Damn, your lucky he only gave you 1 ticket! Or wait what did he write on it? If it's just a summon's to appear in court you are so foucked! They could nail you for speeding and loosing like 6+ point's, reckless which is 6+ point's and dangerous which is 6+ point's. You'd be foucked, hell you'll even owe them point's . Serously though you should consider getting an x-copper to take your case, as you would be very lucky to get away with keeping you lic.

Actually that's not bad luck. Luck is something that you have absolutly no control over! You could of slowed down and not driven like an idiot. It's said and done now though, just hope it'll teach you. but your prob. screwed with the summons.

Not ment to sound mean....sorry.

Your best option is to talk to different "Points" guys. One of them is bound to know the officer. If they do, that might help you get it lowered or even droped. (very unlikely)

Good luck.....let us know how it turns out.
