that really sucks, an officer pulled me over in a parking lot one time saying I went through a yellow light like 2 intersections back. I don't remember doing it but he said I did, he let me go but my insurence was off by one day cause I didn't have the new one yet. So he gave me a ticket for that ha ha. I just took in my insurence and they droped it. The thing I want to know is if I did go through the light way didn't he pull me over then??

Hope you can figure a way to fight this, good luck...

Funny, I could have sworn the whole point of a yellow light was to "proceed with caution"... which roughly translates into don't speed up to go through one but if you're already past the point of no return then keep going. I fail to see what you did wrong.

I got pulled over a few years back in Mississauga when I was driving in my ****box Jetta with my ex, the only mods being an twin pipe exhaust and the wolfsburg package (rims, spoiler, etc)... cop told me I ran a red, and I firmly, but not rudely, said no, I went through a yellow. A few minutes of this he decided to let me off with a warning (after he checked to see if I stole the car!) that was that.

never be rude to a cop man... what's wrong with you?

if a stupid child is mad at you, telling the individual off is not going to yield results. make your opponent feel strong, respected, and important, and you will be left alone.

try it out on some kids with down syndrome. then compare your experiences next time you get pulled over.

and never forget, you're on their turf.

you don't go into a biker organization's clubhouse and start showing them disrespect. same applies to the road.

that doesn't even make sense man.. what do donuts have to do with colours?

you should have suggested something along the lines of her taking her PMS out on civilians or that if they have the all the girl cops taking care of traffic while the male cops deal with real crime.. or things that matter....

something like that.. may drive home... generic donuts involved in an insult... eh

unless the cop was fat... you could have gone along the lines of there being an exemption for a physical test for the cop who can eat the most donuts in his/her division.

pissing them off will get you nowhere.... but if you're going to be rude.. might as well say sometihng that will get to them.

don't blame me if you get your taillight kicked in though.

the mob can be vengeful. i just let them know i respect their authority on their turf.

Bruce Fee, of course bein polite will make our world better, but w/e wats done is done....n i will win the ticket, so its nothin special, i juss thought i should share w/some tcc members how unreasonable some cops maybe.....they can never ever solve murder cases, or bank robberies, all they can do is punk off normal tax payers n kids.....

Why do u have to get x coppers to fight for that ticket. Tell them it is yellow or possibly red, but my car was already outside and the reason why i turned because it is red, just to make sure that no other cars would run a red light. Tell the judge just to be safe that sorry. Just tell a story that your cousin did that on a yellow and some stupid *** ran a red light and hit your cousins car. Just tell him that was his story. So i just wanted to be safe. These tickets u can fight. I never get tickets like this. I only get stupid tickets haha.
