Hows the rest of the shell? If its clean it wouldn't really take too much to fix this. It doesn't look like there's any frame damage. just parts that for the most part could be removed with a wrench. I think really the rad support is the only thing you're gonna need to drill/cut and weld a new one in. This might be a good time to consider a 1.6 EL front clip conversion.
