136 in an 80
i was caught goin 136 in an 80 zone down on kingston road in ajax... but the cops reduced it to a 29 over to 109 in an 80... he told me that he doesnt wanna see me in court for this because he already gave me a break by not suspending my licence, and he would tell them i was goin 136 over... the problem is that i need to take it court or im a low points driver and my insurance will go up... can the cops do that in court by sayin that i was originally caught goin that much but they reduced it? or isnt that like they lied in the first place on the ticket... what do i do?

The cop has discretion to lower the speed on the ticket. The actual speed you were radared at will be in his notes which are considered evidence. It won't be like he lied if he states the original speed at trial. It will just be you looking like a weasel for not accepting the HUGE break he gave you by not writing you up at the actual speed which would have been a mandatory trial and 6 points with a probable license suspension on conviction.
You do have the right to ask for a trial, but if you go for trial, the judge can still amend the charge and convict you on the higher speed. So go ahead, spit on the huge gift the cop gave you, and take your chances at trial.
