Need help/click sound from the rear right when turn left

Need help/click sound from the rear right when turn left
I had this 2000 LX for 3 month and it has 190k now.
my car plays click~click sound from the rear right side of the break/Suspension when turn left. I am not sure it comes from the break or Suspension.
It also clicks when I break softly, the sound will gone if I break harder.
headache for fixing again, already paid 1000 for the cat converter and timing belt.
please help me
