^^ I won't ban you this time, but you know the rules...
Need a little more info. What sort of application are we looking at? Street, track, both? Just daily driving? How much are you looking to spend? What year/model civic is it?
The search button is your friend. The topic has been covered many times. Every case is different so a lot depends on what you want and what you will be doing with the car.

Again no budget.
You can get some lowering springs and throw them on stock struts (as long as the springs aren't too stiff), you can get lowering springs with aftermarket dampers, also can get coilovers. Its your choice.
Most people who are on a budget go with lowering springs, and if you got a bit more cash to burn you can get coilovers.
Prices range by brands and specs. How much of a drop do you want and how much cash you want to burn.
I could tell you many options but it Would be a waste of time before you can answer the above question.
Ps, do not and I repeat NOT buy coilover sleeves. But that explanation is for another day.
