how long do you plan to have the car for, are there any restrictions on how low you can go, and what's your budget. there are many options because it all depends on your needs.

There are very few options for the new 06+ Civics. Tein, Megan Racing, K-Sport and a few others make full coilovers. There are many lowering spring options. H&R, Neuspeed, Eibach, Progress, etc. I have the Eibach Prokit on my 06 Si and I'm very happy with them. They ride and look great, poor alignment is not an issue and the OEM struts are holding up fine so far. There are no struts available yet except for Tokico, but I've read they are no better then the stcok strus and more of a basic replacement. Koni has some in the works still.

The best option in most owner's eye's is the Honda HFP suspension kit. It is a full set of matched springs and struts that lower the car about 1" and from what I've read, they handle and ride excellent while still retaining a Honda warranty.

You might have some luck here

if you wanna keep the car for a long time and don't mind the price, I'd go tein coilovers.

if you wanna drop it till the shocks are dead (couple of years) and then upgrade the shocks later, I'd go with H&R springs personally.... and then in 2 years Koni will have some replacement shocks, so in 2 years I'd just add the shocks to the mix and call it a day.
