imo, in the spirit of the "Holiday Season", Sha's pic be allowed
late entries have been permitted in the past when when the input has been low...and by more than a mere couple of hours
in the new year rules can/should/will be more stringent
closed for the new mod awaiting powers by an old admin who's got them
