Hi all!

I just picked up my 2nd Honda - a 2010 Civic DXG.

Previously I owned a 1992 Accord EX-R which was absolutely bullet proof - it took me through college and beyond and finally it went to car heaven at 427000kms in summer 2013.

After a lot of debate, i got a 2010 Civic - I really like the digital speed display but I still miss my accord

Joining the forum to hopefully learn a lot more about my new civic from you experts

You'll always miss your accord. A lot of people rag on Honda for not being what it used to be. Thing is, they never really changed, they're still the econ-box car company made for commuting. Just the character that 90's Honda's had was a fluke and that's the part that seems to have faded. Or maybe just we're getting old and our kids will have the same affinity toward your Civic we had our parents.

Welcome to the club.

Thanks for the welcome !!!

Its true...the Accord is missed - it was a true gem. The Civic, while still a Honda, just doesent have that 'feel' that made the Accord a true favorite!
