Hello from barrie

Hello, lurking around the forum and decided to join, have a difficult problem with my 98 ex b18 swap. First off I bought it swapped and no one will emission test it without a recipt for the motor proving it was not original so I can test it under hot rod, what can I do? Any one else have this problem?

i've heard of it, i've heard of it being done too... i'd say locate the previous owner but that could be tricky because sometimes the swap is paid cash... if they have a receipt then you're set, if you don't iunno man... look around for other shops to get the safety done at?
