Vacation Pics (Part 3) - The Grand BURJ AL ARAB of Dubai
As promised.....the only 7 star hotel in the world
Approaching...
The view of the city from the Burj
The shopping centre at the Jumeria Beach Resort...
Inside....looking up into the facade
The swimming pool at the penthouse level
Winter beach....it was first week of Jan.
The pool at the ground level...
Beautiful view of sunset on the Arabian Sea....
Night falls...time to get out of the hotel and hit the clubs.
Lastly....did some shopping for my better half from the Gold Zook (Zook is the arabian word for market)...three was tons of gold...this is just one shop on the outside of the market. The jewellery is all 24kt gold but a little too gawdy for my wife's taste...so i usually get her diamonds from Dubai....you get VVS1 grade at a much better price comapred to anywhere in the world.

how much is a flight to dubai? just searchin on the net, maybe i cant search properly its like 3Gs.... or anyone know of package deals, the city is beyond a work of art, and i would like to visit it sometime

Yeah clubs...where u can go, drink and dance.
92JDMx...the ticket price should average around $1600 (depends upon season though). Emirates is your best choice to go from Canada. You go to London via Air Canada and to Dubai from London on Emirates. Its one of the best airlines ever.....plus they fly on wide body 777s...not crampy A330s like Air Canada.

dad and sis are going back june 8th for i believe 1500$ canadian 2 way trip. each.

straight up yo, i would like to say thanks for sharing your pics with us/me. i always hear stuff about other places so it's always awesome when you get to see first hand pics with a bit of a story to it as well. awesome pics and i would like to see more if you have any. great job man.
