I doubt thats scripted
Having experienced hitting something on a bike, I can tell you its not fun.
The guy who swerved could have hit so many other cars.
The girl on the bike could have been run over by a passing car
The rider also nearly smashed into the car on her right after hitting the civic
The guy sounded like he was scared and over explaining things
Too many things to risk

looks like the civics brakes locked and spun him, but he said he swurved. My question is why, he was pretty far from the car in front and had room to stop.
The helmet cam got a shot right down the girls top ha ha
it happened just a few days ago

the guy actually said that SHE hit him...that his car was stopped and all she had to do was avoid him

i cant believe that the civic driver actually stated that the girl on the bike hit him after he was stopped....wow!
its stupid **** like that, that gets the charges dropped for people who are at fault
thank god for the helmet camera or else the charges might have been dropped

the accident could have been avoided.
should've went to the left then to the right.
would make common sense.
but then again **** happened out of no where so you couldnt expect it to happen.
thats why when riding a bike the rider should always predict all the potential accidents ahead of time to figure out how to avoid it.
by the looks of it the rider did try to avoid it but it was to close of a squeeze.

if you look at the rear brakes they lock up first. also he wasnt close to the car infront of him anyway.

that head cam will go a long way in courts in her favour if the guy is trys to pin it on her. it's also great for the unexpected cleavage shot. ha-ha! although we're on the side lines, she should have gone to the left and braked as soon as she saw the civic pinching to the right.
