you pull out a gun, offensively, as far as i'm concerned, that's attempted murder.

that was amazing, and i totally agree with you, i am surprised they even pulled the kid off, if it was me that had a gun pulled on i would expect to finish the job, or atleast make the guy totally regret for pulling the gun in the first place.
