there were some nice shots in there!
Pride they just knock each other til they're done.. UFC has more of an interest in their fighters so they take their health and well being into concern and the fights usually get stopped a lot quicker..

UFC and Pride FC fights are the same. Except one is fought in an octagon and the other is in a ring. Both you must knock out or submit your opponent or the ref can stop the fight if a fighter is totally defenceless.
However, I must agree that Pride FC is bigger than UFC. They have bout 5 times more fighters than UFC and fighters from all over the globe.
