If you get a subwoofer that powerful, aside from db drag competitions, do you wear ear protection?

Is the whole idea like buying a Ferrari; you probably will never push it to it's limit but it's nice to know you could if you wanted to?

I am not being critical here, I am just very curious. Like people who are fascinated by collecting stamps, I guess it's just not my thing. What makes you interested in a subwoofer that powerful?

probably the same thing as horsepower junkies
most dont need or will use it to its full potential, but they are happy that they can if they want to.

The funny thing is that sub is an SQ sub that just gets really really loud.

I dunno I just love car audio. Its turned from a hobby to a passion to an obession. Im not into going fast or any of that...im into getting loud.

And ya, if I had a sub that big you can bet your mamma I'd be pushing that bitch to its limits.
