only people who want to carry guns carry guns.. that's not a good thing... most people can do a lot of bad things.. but these don't happen often because most people don't want to do them...
now if you force everyone with maintaining safety and empowering them to shoot bad guys... you'll see a lot of crime go down...

think of it this way.. would you rob a gun store in texas for cash? why not?
