yeah I don't think 'paranormal' things are outside of the realm of possibilities, but I don't think this tape is real at all...
too easy to reproduce if one is so inclined...
unless i saw these things happen with my own eyes in a familiar environment I wouldn't believe it ...

the one with the haunted mirror was so ****ing bad(fake) :P
some were kinda freaky to watch but once you snap out of that mindset then its back to normal life

Another story was when I was babysitting with my female friend (we were around 14-15 at the time) at an old house not far from where we lived. This couple was acquintances of our parents, so that's how we got the gig. Now, we heard this house might be haunted, so we stayed downstairs for the entire night while the kids ( 4 and 6 yrs) where sleeping up stairs with the bedroom door closed. The kids' parents were to be home around midnight (out celebrating their anniv). We started to hear noises upstairs at around 11 pm. We peeked up and the kids' doors were still closed so we didn't think it was them making the noises. Then, we hear a door open (a creeking sound), and again, we peeked up and still, their door was still closed. Then we heard this loud bang, like something feel out from what we believed was the closet next to the kids' bedroom. But we couldn't see it from the bottom of the stairs and were too scared to go up and check. So we ran back to the couch and just stared at the top of the stairs, just mesmerized. Then, we hear this rolling sound like a bowling ball down the entire length of the upstairs' hallway. As it rolled towards the top of the stairs, it gets louder and louder. As it gets near the top of the stairwell, it stopped. Then it slowly rolled back to the other end of the hallway and stopped. We were both just watching and following the sound on the ceiling. As it rolled back again to the top of the stairwell, we ran like hell out of the house. We waited outside until the couple came home. We didn't even stick around to get our coats, we just collect the cash and bolted home.

Trust me, they do exist. Not everybody have ever experienced it, so to the ones that never got the chance, it's neck hairs standing up time!!! I had 3 encounters so far and it's all when I was little. It's been probably like 20 years since, but man, it was something else.
