but i agree..

I don't understand why child protective services aren't involved.

Obviously the parents are to blame for putting the childs life in danger..

i know its not funny but if i where to see my child wobbling around like a wolress i would stop feedding her/him mcdonalds and arbys.

there has to be other factors involved. Like for instance, some condition where she has SUPER low metabolism.
