The exterior is great, the features of the car are phenominal, but the interior looks ugly. I'm sorry, but Honda designers flopped on the interior — specifically the dash. The dash looks like a huge chunk of plastic with slots cut into it for the accessories. It reminds me of the interior on the Element. ick.
And that steering wheel... don't even get me started on that.
As for all the comments on the exterior styling, wait a few years... perhaps even after the 8th gen runs its course. By that time everyone will love the looks of the 8th gen and will hate the looks of the 9th gen.
That's how it's always been with Hondas... their styling is usually ahead of the curve, so you don't really appreciate it until later when every other car manufacturer is modeling their cars after Honda.
