shlammed did you notice if they have taxi cab plate on the back? or is there a dividing glass thing between front/back of the interior of the car?
reason ask, is because i hear about these all the time and i just zoom by some taxi cabs...so little things like that would help recognize undercover taxi's

what does it say right above the number at the top?

I've seen cops in unmarked Dodge Caravans (the popular blue van) and my friends have seen cops in unmarked Toyota Camrys as well.
