Really, well I want one too. It's loud as hell when he drives down the street, sounds like an F1 car...

Maybe a family member is visiting your neighbour?

Not everyone is into real estate; and same goes for cars, or personal accessories for that matter. You only live once and if the man can drive a Ferrari in his life time, why the hell not.

You can sleep in your car, but you can't race your house. Good for him.

Exactly Charles! He's enjoying life, so if you can buy your dream car, why not!

Nice looking car. One of the guys on my street has one too, but I don't now which one. I have only seen the car go by in the summer, but the guy has it parked in the garage all the time so I'm not sure who owns it.

You might be right. He has told people on my street he bought it. It's still in his driveway today. I'll see if it's still in his driveway a week from now.

He probably bought it second hand for cheap, many of the rich areas like Vaughan, Richmond Hill, have rich people owning ferraries, lambo, and all for 2 years then sell them for dirt cheap, they have the coin to.

As for where you live, i was living in a condo while ago and own a 100k ride, so maybe the guy is still single, and may upgrade soon, you never know.
