the money spent on the winter rims/tires on that s2k would have bought you a beater. aside from the potential for damage by you driving that in the winter what about all the other drivers out there that don't put winter on at all? how are you gonna feel if you loose that car to some other idiot smashing into you? sure insurance and blah blah blah... but seriously I see so many people with trucks like mine that they seem to forget that the 4X4 traction that got them going so quick is also the reason it takes them so long to stop. Only after hitting some one or thing do they learn

Wednesday's snow storm:

I'll have to remove the lip before it breaks on ice chunks on the roads.

when it snows for that 1 or 2 weeks, yes

the city shuts down when it snows. you see all these people stranded in their RWD BMW's and Mercedes' with all season tires on. it's awesome really.

temps do get down to around zero too, so i don't see the point in having summer tires on when it gets that cold.

Bridgestone Blizzak WS-50's plus LSD ftw

It's ridiculous out there when it snows, people are crazy.

I don't know how he did it, but with just a dusting of snow this guy rolled his civic in front of me on highway 99 just south of Richmond BC last January:
