thats because those lips r fake mugen lips...the ones u may be thinking of (if im not mistaken) is the ones that come as ABS replicas

that lip is a replica of the mugen lip found on the EK. They made versions of it for other cars as replicas only.

the seen is a replica made by Wings West which is a replica of the mugen lip found on EG hatch/coupe. The one for the sedan is slightly different

as for mugen lip for integra, as far as i know, Mugen did not make a lip for the integra. They only made a Front Bumper replacement for teh JDM front ends.

Actually, the first year of production of the dc integra it came w/ the US 94-97 frontend called the SI-VTEC which i own lol. But critics in japan hated it and it had terrible sales which is why they switched to the JDM frontend. Mugen did make a lip which was part of a full body kit for the SI-VTEC frontend.
