Ouch stupid hurts, really hurts baaad!! let this be a lesson guys, invest in a tourque wrench and always have your wheels properly tourqued, even request your mechanic to do so if you are having someone service your car.
He was just doing about 60 km/h in a parking lot, imagine doing 100 on the highway switching lanes in front of a big rig when all of a sudden you have no wheels=no control!!!
