Do you know what motor that is?

Apparently the owner is not giving me anything, post to ask about it on youtube, and he deletes the motor question. Because i want to build this if i can't find something nice do with the newer civics.

yea i was thinking the same, but other then the large Turbo spool, i don't understand why it sounds like a American block.

its probably a K20 with ITB and a big *** Turbo. Jesus, whats that even simply guessing 400hp in a shoe box, sick.

Ah I knew that car looked familiar. Its featured in the February 07 issue of Super Street. Pretty detailed build up on it, to summarize its a k24 stroked to 2.6l, JE pistons, darton sleeves, comp ratio of 9.0:1. Garrett GT35R turbo, NX direct port nitrous system. Power is estimated at 700-plus hp.

I've always been a fan of the fit, but this one is just insane.

I don't think so!

yes any turbo making 700hp is considered a Large turbo,"large" in short meaning the largest turbo out there that would fit.

Funny, when I started reading this thread, I thought some past TCCers had returned to posting here. Then I saw the thread date of the OP (hehe, have to look twice at these older threads ).
