exterior project 90% finish pics .. let me know what you think
Hey guys ... Some of you may remember that a few months back i put up a topic on how i could upgrade the looks of my car .... Well 5 months after i m almost finish the exterior of my 2000 ek sedan .. I m still debating on the front lips since my car is already lower and i m planning on driving it through most of the winter .. SIR front grill still missing until i can actually find one online.. Anyways i ll leave a few pics let me know what you think ...

this was actually when i just bought the car 3 years back and trust me before i started the upgrade of the xterior the car did not even look as good as it does in this pic... i had a lot of rust on it but unfortunately i did not take pics to show you

Things i ve done so far this summer
OEM paint whole car
Light tint on headlights and tail lights ( i would of gone darker but its not legal and i can not afford tickets now) THANKS SHINZO ( awesome guy)
catback exhaust magnaflow ( thanks hotrod scott)
rims ( 330 for rims and tires )

you should definitely get a lip. If you're scared of it breaking in winter remove it. I actually have another bumper for winter so I don't ruin mine. You should get the white and red tails. Those are sweet.

I forgot to reply to you last time , thanks for offering your help installing the oem lip ...
Right now i m short on money so i just want to get a hold of a sir grill or just get a type r grill ... The lip is still on the air , i have a very hard time passing over some speed bumps or getting into certain parking spots ( specially those with uneven pavement) , also getting off my building i keep hitting the front part of my car ( and thats an veryday thing i have to do and can not avoid)... So its not just about the winter ... I also do a lot of driving on country roads and so , therefore as nice as it may look it wont last me more than 2 months ( if i m lucky) ...

trust me bro I've scraped my lip enooough times. OEM lips are made to flex and bend so that they won't shatter. Aftermarket grilles are hard to paint unless you want to paint the middle also. OEM FTMFW!

Next year i m going to upgrade the performance maybe a swap ...
I dont think any lip can take the abuse i m going to give them LOL... I painted my bumper like 2 months ago and i already hit it enough times that the paint is all scratch down there..

i thought it already had spoon mirrors... The mirrors are def not stock.. I thought they are either spoon mirros or m3 mirrors... Here is a better pick of the front .. Mirrors do not look stock maybe someone can actually tell me what they are because i need a cover for it inside and noone knows where i can find one..

The lights are actually tinted. I went to shinzo and it was like 150 for 4 lights , a little bit expensive but it def gave it a different look... There are two films I went with the lighter one however the darker one is a lot nicer...
Like someone else said if you actually decide to go darker you are going to get a ticket for sure , at least i was told that by pierre at shinzo ... To this day i still think darker will look nicer but i can not afford a ticket so i m going to have to live with the lighter tint

thansks...I m thinking about getting the lip ... Wife and I are thinking of getting a suv for the winter , if we actually get it then i ll put the front lip for sure ( i ll just drive the suv in the winter).... I also thought about the fogs , not sure how much they run for

ok thanks ! ... that out of my budget now but i ll put it in my list of things to do for sure... Hey the HIDs you have are blue , hve you ever got pull over because it... I have a burned bulb for the past 3 months and i havent changed it because i really want to put hids but i m still deciding which ones i want.. I really like the blue type like yours but i heard that you ll get pull over for it....
