Definitely a street racing cuz his going over 50km/h the maximum speed(stupid). I do over 50 in my area when i do a 2nd gear pull, just make sure you dont get pull over and you'll have some fun...

thats f'in not streetracing. He isnt racing anyone. Its more like dangerous/reckless driving. Streetracing was defined as 2 or more cars trying to overtake eachother but retards must have changed since noone knows what theyre talking about nowadays. Highway of Heroes...
