lights pulsing inside and out
Hey so I'm brand new on here and i have read up on forums a lot about this but i cant seem to find the problem with my specific model.
So I have a 94 civic cx hatch. its a 16l engine and is all stock as far as I can see.
my problem is that the dash lights inside light and outside lights all pulse from brighter to darker rythmically and intermidtendly at times.
its a brand new alternator so I dont think its the alternator. I have read that the problem is a wire below the intake manifold that is rubbing on a metal bracket and lots of people have electrical taped it and replaced fuse 15 and then their civic is all good.
i just cant for the love of god find the wire, ive even gotten under the car when it was jacked up and couldnt see anything going through a bracket or anything out of the ordinary...
any help/ or suggestions to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated.
