91 Civic
Hello, my civic has been sitting during the winter. Although i would start it once in awhile, sometimes i would have boost it to get it going. I've tried to start it recently but it wouldnt go even when i boosted it. I got a fully charged battery but it still wont start. Nothing works, no lights no beeping sound.. nothing. I dont know what to do now.

Sorry to dbl post but i would like to give more info.
Before when i was boosting it, everytime i would put the negative cable to the negative terminal I would see a lilttle bit of spark, which is normal. Now I dont see any spark at all even with the fully charged battery. Any help would be appreciated, Thank You.
