will a 89-91 crx/civic hub fit my EG?
People have said it works... some say it doesnt. Let me know
And how do I get the horn to work?

yea it will work...and the horn to work depends on the wheel and the horn button location...but they will both work

after i installed mine my horn don't work.. hows it gonna pass safety
