white indiglo gauges??

I bet he's talking about the overlays. They are not indiglow. All they are is a white plastic that is paced over the gauges, and the factory light shines through them. The biggest problem with those is that they tend to be really dim.

Well, even if you get the indiglow ones, and you don't turn them on, you can still see the factory light in the gauge shine onto the faces. It won't be as bright, but you can see it.
The last time I saw the overlays was at Performance Improments.
Price? I don't recall, but I know it's cheaper than the indiglows. ( 1/2 or a 1/3 of the price)
Even indiglows are becoming pretty cheap nowadays.
But remember, most of the overlays I have seen have red numbers, not black ones.....and they also tend to come with MPH instead of KM.

They kinda look like these, but without all the wires. (also with red numbers instead of the black ones)
OR
You can get the reverse ones. They look nice. They are ALMOST white. (a wee bit off), and the numbers light up a really nice blue at night. Like the VW look-a-likes.
These are from an RX7...
But again, you'll have trouble finding the KM's on the outside instead of the MPH.
OR
You can take off the factory ones you have......scan them with your scaner......fix/photoshop them......then print them with photo papar. You'll get a really nice finish on the face. Then use the THIN (scotch tape like) double sided tape from Home Depot to mount them. (you would have to put back the factory ones first, and then stick the new ones on top of those).

The overlays are REALLY hard.....(from experience) to find them with the KM's on the outside.
I have only seen ONE with the KM's on the outside.......it was for a GMC truck.
Most if not all gueges (indiglo or regular overlays) come with both the KM's and the MPH.....it's just that most of the time the KM's are on the inside. You can still read them, but they can easily be confused with the MPH.
So sorry officer.....I didn't realize I was going THAT fast.....I have MPH on the outside of the speedo gauge instead of the KM's.
Look for the indiglo ones....they look nice when they are tuned off (very clean white), and they are the easiest to find them with the KM's on the outside. (the proper way for Canada).
